Euan Macleod is a senior artist based in Sydney, Australia. He works mainly in painting but also occasionally ceramics. He won the Archibald Prize in 1999 as well as the Sulman Prize in 2001. He travels widely and has been commissioned to do many works, including a major work for the ELLIOTT EYES COLLECTION. He has done several series based on his home country of New Zealand as well as the Flinders Ranges, Gallipoli and Antarctica. He also has a monograph published on his work.
