Peter Churcher is an Australian artist now living and working in Barcelona, Spain.  A figurative painter with exceptional technique he takes the everyday person rather than models and paints what he sees.  This can be set poses or within the city or landscape itself.

He was commissioned as a War artist and is widely collected by both collectors and institutions.

He has had several works as finalists in the Archibald Prize, AGNSW, Sydney.
