Peter Wegner was born in NZ but lived in Australia since 1956 and has been exhibiting for over 25 years.  He is a Melbourne bases artist.  Represented by Australian Galleries he works in both painting and sculpture.  He was awards the Doug Moran Portrait Prize in 2006 and the Gallipoli Prize in 2013.  Peter has had many residencies across Australia and also to Paris.
