Stephan Siebers in based in Cologne, Germany.  His work is a play on gravity which plays with logic and balance.  The geometric parts seem to tumble, slide or lean yet are firmly fix like a moment in time.  Minimal and abstract, the viewer takes time to understand the balance and precision of his work.

Working in a variety of scale, his cortex steel works are generally reserved for the large works where as either hollow or solid steel are preferred for the smaller works.  Solid steel works can also be extremely heavy yet look quite delicate.
